We currently are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an expanding Industrial Supplier's sales team. They provide a variety of Industrial products to Office, Manufacturing and Warehousing industries. The Business Development Manager will be focused on acquiring and growing new business while servicing existing clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build an account base of customers in a designated territory
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s monthly
• Maintain strong pipeline and activity to continue a rapid growth trajectory for the company
• Visit customers as needed, do demos, and help them close customers
• Achieve out-bound phone call target, site visit target, and cold call targets to win new customers in given territory.
• Create quotes and follow up to win business!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Sales and negotiation talent
• Excellent communicator with a great phone and face to face presence
• Constructive problem solver
• Flexible in work hours and adaptable to changing workload
• Proficient in Outlook; intermediate in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset
HOURS AND COMPENSATION:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am-5pm

$100,000 - $120,000 (plus bonus commission)
